This hotel suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable lounge always provide a great stay. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first visit. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

Generally, the place was perfect and had super friendly staff at the reception desk. Pastries, eggs, bangers and cheese were a stand out. We ate at an excellent restaurant with a great view over the town.

Reception staff nice and competent. Sensational view from the room of the Acropolis
Breakfast room was dirty, the staff there very rude, at 9 a.m. there were neither cups nor clean glasses. overall absolutely out of the question

Very comfortable beds and a lot of space in the room. The view from the restaurant is just great. Very centrally located and therefore almost all sights can be reached on foot.
The shower was without separation from the rest of the bathroom.

The breakfast variety is large with an amazing view of the Acropolis, a constant wait for cutlery to be provided, meat, good service.

Nice roof restaurant with a great view. Would be nice if you could drink/eat something here in the evening (= closed).
Rooms with "inside view" have a frosted glass window into a dark narrow shaft.

I liked the panoramic view of Acropolis at the 10th floor bar and morning buffet restaurant. Perfect location for Athens' sightseeing and shopping, basic clean rooms, basic amenities, old fashioned. Get it if you don't care about luxury (small old style tv, average but clean breakfast etc).
What i expected when i booked it and a bit better.

I really appreciated how easy it was to walk to places like the Acropolis and the charming streets of Plaka, making my weekend explorations super enjoyable, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to relax with amazing city views after a long day.

The location is very convenient since you can walk there from the Syntagma. The breakfast was ok with plenty of options. The hotel personnel was efficient and helpful.
The room was very small.

The room they gave us was fashionable and neat with opaque window and a wonderful view, for example. The staff provided excellent service and helped us with check in.

I loved the fact that we had a wonderful view of the Acroplisis from our room, itwas very romntic and such a wonderful site seeing it lit up at night.
Was disappointed that we did not have a double bed as requested, ended with a twin bed, no explanation was given. I think the breakfast could be improved. Alot of the hot stuff was cold, and we had breakfast at 10 and they did not cook any more potatoes even though breakfast is served until 10.30.

The central location, clean & comfortable, friendly staff. I have been to Athens 10 times in the last 18 months, stayed in 6 different hotels, this was the one one with the most comfortable beds, the largest bathroom & the best view! Always on a budget though, so can't compare to the more expensive options there are.
Low water pressure for a shower, but we were on the 8th floor! Just allowed more time so it wasn't a real problem.
